About The Event
You’re invited to an hour of morning of yoga with the Calvert Chicks to increase your balance & harmony from the inside out! Post yoga will be a stroll on the beach of the Chesapeake Bay and a light brunch.
Guests are encouraged to bring a mat or blanket, towel, & insect repellent to support the outdoor practice. Enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach and a light brunch following yoga.
