ABOUT
My name is Christy Fenner and my yoga journey began over ten years ago to complement my passion for endurance sports. I showed up on the mat only searching for a deep stretch after a long training weekend. After the loss of my sister in 2015, I found myself on the mat battling anxiety attacks. I was literally unable to catch my breath. It was that day that I encountered the Ruach breath of God for myself, and never another anxiety attack. I felt God in Action on the mat and decided to go deeper in my practice. Today I thank my Big Sister for the gift!
