As race season is in full swing, we will devote a Wednesday to sharpen the the tools of breathing, meditation, and visualization. When the mind is clear and the body is relaxed, you can engage the imagination to visualize images and ideas, to include race day success.

About The Event

Meditation and visualization have the power to teach and heal. When the mind is clear and the body is relaxed, you can engage the imagination to visualize images and ideas, to include race day success. We will invite in the feeling of confidence by visiting our mantras. We will engage all the senses to immerse yourself in the experience of race day. Visualization has remarkable physical health benefits, including boosting confidence, relieving insomnia, and decreasing stress. Often, seeing yourself at ease and performing successfully or visualizing the image of crossing a finish line — is enough for your body to understand it as truth.

All practices  are donation based and payment is not required to join our practice. Instead I invite students to offer what you can in the spirit of paying it forward for those that cannot. #Ubuntu (I am, because we are.)
