About The Event
Designed for runners, cyclists, multi-sport athletes and everyday yogis looking for a performance advantage through increased flexibility and range of motion which reduces the risk of overuse injuries.
This class is a slow but deep practice targeting persistently tight areas such as shoulders, back, hips, and hamstrings to build overall strength, balance, and endurance.
Students will experience guided meditation to reduce negative thought patterns and increase mental focus.
