Community Chair Yoga (Holiday Edition!)

Join me for a fun evening of chair yoga with poses that invite gentle opening and balance, and of course a few moves to embrace our power. No yoga experience required, just bring a chair and your beautiful,worthy, more than enough self!

All donations will go to the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) in support of the efforts to end mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the United States, challenge racial and economic injustice, and protect the basic human rights for the most vulnerable people in American society.
